Cancellation Policy

Dear valued clients,

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we always try to be as flexible as possible. However, we also need to ensure that our therapists' time is respected and that we can continue providing you with the best service.

Under the cancellation policy, if you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee or the value of your Gift Certificate will be used. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee or taken from the Gift Certificate value. We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals will result in a shorter massage so as not to interfere with other appointments already scheduled.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy. All fees are required to be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Jackie, and we will do our best to assist you.
