Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unexpected situations can occur, and we strive to remain as flexible as possible. However, it is also essential that we respect our therapists' time and continue to provide you with exceptional service.
According to our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel on the same day without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, or the value of your Gift Certificate or Groupon will be applied.
- If you cancel on the same day with notice, a fee of $30 will be incurred.
- Non-payment of this charge will prevent future bookings.
